Windows 10: Windows Script Host Error on Startup

Hello,



Every time I startup my computer recently I've been getting this error. In addition, my computer as of yesterday restarted a couple of times out of nowhere, and I'm wondering if maybe this is causing it.


This started happening after my computer was basically frozen - the motherboard light was orange and wasn't connecting my mouse or keyboard and I could not hold down the power button to turn it off, so I had to flip the power switch on the back. Everything seemed to be fine afterwards, except this error is now popping up.


How do I fix this error? Is there anything I can do about it?

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files.
