Windows 10: Windows Script Host Error When Running .js File on Windows 11

Description:I am encountering a Windows Script Host error when double-clicking a .js JavaScript file on my laptop. This file was working perfectly a few days ago. The .js file is part of my workflow for stock market analysis: it downloads stock market data to an Excel file, which converts the data to a CSV format, and the .js file loads the data from the CSV into AmiBroker.Now, instead of executing properly, the file triggers a Windows Script Host error. I’ve verified that nothing else in my workflow has changed, and I suspect there might be an issue with how the .js file is being processed.

opening .js file in CMD runs windows script host

I am installing ffmpeg for node.js.
When i run ffmpeg by the following command in CMD; ffmpeg -codecs
It opens a .js file with windows script host instead of CMD.

This is because i accidentally pressed windows script host as standard program for .js files.

I am running this on windows 10 and i cannot find a way to reverse my actions..
i have tried select CMD as standard program for opening javascript files but this didnt work. It gave me an error that this file type could not be associated with the program chosen.

I dont know what to do.

I am running Windows 7 professional on an older HP desktop. I loaded Firefox, and Java Script. Can't get rid of a pop up.
