  1. Windows search bar has strange behavior

My windows search feature is not working, however it's not completely dysfunctional. All of the resources I've tried to find involve the search bar entirely unable to search, or launch programs, however mine behaves differently. I can launch apps for the most part but strangely, any action that is more specific than that shows up as a result, but unable to be executed. For example, I can look up the settings application and open it just fine, but if I want to access "Bluetooth Settings", the search will give that result, but when I click or hit enter it just doesn't launch. So I instead la

Disable new search bar in Office 365

Strange behavior here. I removed the RegKeys yesterday and started Outlook. Search bar was at old location. Happy!
But after reboot today the serch bar reappears on top. Did the steps again and again, even with permissions change but can't get the search bar back to the old location. My Outlook Version is 2008. Why isn't it working any more?

Disable new search bar in Office 365

    This is my experience.
I've even completed an office repair to no avail
This has to be the worst change MS has ever made
    It's a PITA

Apps and Features menu item: Strange Behavior

In the Apps and Features dialogue window of the System Settings menu, grey bars appear over the apps as the window is scrolled, obscuring the app icons and descriptions. Sometimes the grey bars disappear, and the app can be seen. At other times, the grey
bars obscure the apps which cannot be seen nor accessed.

By default, Apps and Features dialogue window will "display" the full list of apps. The grey-bar behavior occurs only when the full list is displayed. Upon narrowing the list -- through the search feature -- the selected list of apps' display normally.
To the best of my knowledge, this behavior does not occur anywhere else in the Windows system menus.

I deleted all the iconcaches via the Windows CLI, which did not resolve the issue.

Thanks in advance for your help.
