Windows 10: Windows Search keeps crashing as soon as I click the text field

Greetings. So I seem to have run into an issue after a clean install post hardware upgrade properly licensed OS install but now I'm having issues with windows search. The issue is that every time I click on the text field of the search on the taskbar or in the search field on Windows Explorer, the type cursor appears for a brief second before the bar turns gray and the input resets before I can even type anything in. Opening the Search feature through the Start Menu right-click will cause the search window to appear for a second before it crashes/immediately closes.These are a few of th

Using the tab key to hop between text fields highlights all buttons

Hello,
Whenever a dialog box pops up in Windows 10, if it contains text input fields and clickable buttons/radio buttons/checkboxes, pressing the tab key steps through every single item in the dialog box, which is very annoying and, to me, pointless. Do I recall that there might be a way to limit this behaviour so the tab key only highlights text input boxes, and not every single element? I can't find anything useful in Windows 10's Settings/Control Panel - am I missing something or is this not possible?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

You can always search for your files with the use of Cortana search box.

If its not visible on your desktop, refer to the steps below to make it available again.

1. Right-click on your taskbar and choose Cortana.

2. Select Show search box.
