Windows 10: Windows Security - Action Reccommended will not go away

Discus and support Windows Security - Action Reccommended will not go away in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; [ATTACH] its been like this since the 2004 update, i have malware-bytes Premium as my anti virus...     Yellow mark for windows defender security (action reccommended), but all is green on dashboard

    Desktop, so no battery.

    Windows 10, all updates are installed.

    I think the issue surfaced today or yesterday, later than the last monthly update.

    The icon in the taskbar displays yellow triangle, with 'action reccommended', but nothing actually requires action on the dashboard,

    Disable Action Center in Windows 7?

    Unfortunately that doesn't disable Action Center, all it does it cause Acution Center to bitch about the Security Center service not running.

    Action Center seems to be a different beast from Security Center...

    And telling it to not display any messages gets it out of the way, the same way disabling the icon in the suggestions above does, but Action Center is still enabled and running.

    Making AVAST Go Away?

    The Only Sreeen I ever see when updating CCleaner is this one.....Never even seen a screen with Avast listed. Windows Security - Action Reccommended will not go away :)
