Windows 10: Windows Security app Incorrectly warns of TPM not found check BIOS

Windows Security app Incorrectly warns of TPM not found check BIOS. In BIOS, TPM is active and also if i run tpm.ms is showing ready for use. Restart of the system has no effect. Windows Security says "There is no TPM available. Please check BIOS settings."

I mentioned these cases earlier, they continue to hold up

• Restart the PC, give no input, just let it restart back into Windows: get the TPM warning (tried this a couple of times)
  
• Restart the PC, hit DEL to enter BIOS, then just save end exit and let Windows start: get the TPM warning
  
• Restart the PC, hit DEL to enter BIOS, go to Advanced Mode, into PCH-FW Configuration, note that it is on Enable Firmware TPM (the only other option is Enable Discrete TMP), Save & Exit, note that it says No Changes Made, let Windows start: no TPM warning
  

I'll add this one:

• Shut down the PC, then boot it up again: no TPM warning
  

A simple restart seems to lead to the TPM warning UNLESS I go into the TPM setting in BIOS, but a full shut down will remove the warning the next time I power up.

I've done that several times. When this issue occurs, I reboot into BIOS and verify that the TPM setting is correct. Each time it has been. Reboot after checking in BIOS and the warning is gone. Sometimes on a reboot Windows warns about TPM, sometimes it does not. I have not done this cycle enough yet to determine if "reboot into BIOS, no warning, reboot to Windows, warning" is the case. I'm also planning a full Defender scan to make sure there isn't something on my machine that should not be. But everything was fine with Windows TMP detection until about 2 weeks ago, I updated my BIOS then and it was fine until I installed Windows 22H2, then it came back. Right now it's fine again, but the only thing I did this time was check my BIOS, I did not change any settings in it.
