Windows 10: Windows Security App missing on my Upgraded Windows 11 PC

I just discovered that my Windows Security App is no longer listed under my installed apps and I am assuming that is why I am unable to open Windows Security. I have no idea when or how it was uninstalled, but I need help with the proper procedure for reinstalling the app. I am unable to find the App in the Microsoft Store. Can anyone help?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows security is completely missing

1. Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
(Powershell open as administrator)
2. go to apps > look up "security" > press "repair"
(there is no "security", or "defender" app in the list

4. Latest Windows update installed
5. Restarted
