Windows 10: Windows Security App will not open and stays frozen on shield logo any fix?

The app will not open and just stays stuck here, i tried all the powershell stuff and nothing ever works.

Windows Security is a blank screen with a shield

I see a blank window with a blue shield when I open Windows Security. The window stays that way for about 30 secs before closing. When I open Windows Security, I expect security-related options instead of a blank window. How can I get Windows Security to work?

To uninstall HotSpot Shield you need to disable the VPN profile first. If you don't know how, please contact HotSpot Shield support for assistance. Once you have disabled the VPN profile follow the steps below to uninstall the app.

1. Go to the app list and look for HotSpot Shield.

2. Touch and hold the app.



3. Then tap uninstall.

Windows Security Windows only shows Shield Icon on white screen after installing Windows 11

I updated my Machine with some challenges to Windows 11 H23H2.

After that the Machine itself did several updates.

The Windows updater now says I'm Up to Date

I wanted to check the settings in the Windows Security, it just shows a white screen with a Shield logo in the middle.

No Security options are loaded or displayed.

I want to fix this before I install my Norton Security

Any Suggestions
