Windows 10: Windows security application is missing

My windows security app is either broken or missing cause I cannot open it when I click on it. Also it doesn’t even show up in the apps section in settings. And when I try to open it through app settings it just crashes. I can’t run troubleshooter on it either. I even tried sfc /scannow in command prompt and it says that there is no issues. Would a factory reset help?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
