Windows 10: Windows Security Blank "Page not available"

Discus and support Windows Security Blank "Page not available" in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; can anyone helpafter i reset my laptop i can't access my windows security.     can anyone helpafter i reset my laptop i can't access my windows security. After i clicked on Virus & threat protection it says that "Page Not Found" and "Your IT Administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. contact IT helpdesk for more information" i dont know why it says that even tho im using my personal email. Thanks
