Windows 10: Windows Security Blank Screen When Trying To Open

This is all I see when trying to open Windows Security on my Windows 11 pc, I've tried everything including wiping my storage devices and resetting my pc.

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

List the installed antivirus software.

Black screen after Windows update.

• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
