    Windows Security blank screen


    Windows security screen is blank. When I try to open it, it shows the error " windows security service can't be started". what to do? I have already repaired my windows 2 times, but the issue isn't resolving. current version is windows 10. Does upgrading to windows 11 solve this problem? Screenshot of the errorNote: Also I cant perform any one of the recovery options.
