Windows 10: Windows Security broken and cpu usage 100%

I really don’t know what to say about this but I wanted to reinstall alienware command center because it wouldnt save my settings and also the windows store was being an absolute nightmare. After reinstalling app, tweaking with cmdprompt powershell and windows settings with no luck, I looked to see that my cpu temp was at 75c and all cores were being stressed at full usage I quickly opened up task manager cuz ik that for some reason opening it stops any bizarre over usage of cpu/gpu. I tried seeing what program was stressing it but it dropped too quickly in task manager for me to see. After keeping the manager open I noticed windows security was practically gone (missing from system tray and when i open it from start menu all features are gone) I decided it was best to do a restore point. All problems were fixed... latest updates and everything... until i see windows security is gone again and my cpu was being stressed!!! Please any thoughts and suggestions would be much appreciated cuz idk how tf this happened. (Ryzen 7 5800x btw)

cpu usage at 100%

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

 

CPU Usage 100%

PC starts with 100% cpu usage. It won't come down even cpu is left idle. Cpu fan won't stop, when temp are normal.

As you can see my CPU usage is always 100%, Due to this CPU fan never stops, even when temperature are normal.

When I turn on pc, it always starts with 100% cpu usage. I also ran malware and antivirus scans, couldn't help (Quick Heal antivirus).

Using Windows 10 updated to latest version.
