Windows 10: Windows security can't be open.. "a problem with windows is preventing windows security...

I have tried "sfc /scannow" and there has a problem "found a corrupt file". i tried dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth but stack on 90.9% like 4-5 hours

Windows built in security

The only thing I use is windows security and malwarebytes. I have zero problems.

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Windows Security

Is Windows Security, Fire Wall and Defender enough to protect a system? All I use it for is games, email, and some surfin the net.
