Windows 10: Windows Security Constantly Asks for Microsoft Outlook password

Our organization uses M365, so I log into my laptop on the network with my credentials to get into my machine. All of my programs will work fine, and then at some point in the day I'll start getting this popup Windows Security window, asking for my password. Sometimes the header is Microsoft Outlook, sometimes it's Skype for Business. If i close this window, it will reappear a few times and then finally go away. Same with if I put my password in the field, it will close and then immediately pop up again, so putting in my password seems to do nothing. Any thoughts??

Any chance two step verification is turned on? (On the outlook.com account or Office 365 account)

I might actually turn it on and then generate an "App Password" to use in outlook mail client instead of her regular password.

While enabling two step provides a better security posture make sure Security information is up to date (alternate email address) and create a recovery code.

I text to my phone, if it is lost, my phone, I have the recovery code.

Maybe a she is owner try on your account / setup first so you are well prepared.

I think MS is being overly protective.
