Windows 10: Windows Security/Defender shows "recommended actions" without any problems and "App &...

Hello,It's been a few days now that the Windows Security logo bottom right of the screen indicates that there is a problem with "recommended actions", while when I press it, it tells me that everything is fine everything is green. Also, when I get to this Windows Security page, the "App & browser control" section is missing. When I try to search for "App & browser control" via the Windows search bar, I land on a blue page that closes after two seconds. Windows Defender shows actions recommended but no actions listed

hi All,

Windows Defender shows actions recommended but no actions listed when I click it, it shows a exclamation mark inside yellow triangle, but security dashboard is all green. Not sure why Windows defender keeps showing yellow exclamation when there is nothing
to worry about regarding security.

Any help to identify the issue appreciated, or if someone confirms it's a bug then happy to ignore it till its fixed.

 

Windows Defender, Actions recommended

For two days now I've had the actions recommended on windows defender highlighted. Everything is green in the security details, and I am given no suggestions on what to do to get rid of it. What do I do?

 

Windows Defender - "Actions recommended" - but what are they???

I created a second standard account, and
Windows Defender Security Center
says "Actions Recommended." When I open it, Security at a glance shows all icons green.

On my (administrative) account, it says "no actions needed."

I have Norton Antivirus installed.
