Windows 10: Windows Security Definition Update Error 0x80070643

So...for several months now, I have been getting an error when trying to update my Windows Defender Antivirus. The Error I get when I check for updates on my computer is: "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 Version 1.363.1054.0. Download error - 0x80070643." I believe this error initially started when I accidentally shutdown my laptop during an update however in my defense, my computer had no warning signs that it was doing an update at the time. I have since scoured the answers here to errors that match mine and followed what they said. However,

When updating my version of Windows (Windows 10 Pro x64, Version 1511, OS Build 10586.218) in Windows Update I get the following error: Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.217.1180.0) - Error 0x80070643 and am asked to retry.

I am using Norton Security Deluxe version 22.6.0.142 with the firewall enabled and windows firewall disabled.

Any suggestions on how to download definition for Defender?
