Windows 10: Windows Security Dialog Box Error for Microsoft Office Apps

Windows Security Dialog Box Error The dialog box continues to appear requesting password for Microsoft Apps Word, PP, Excel, OneNote & Webex. The password entered is correct for Windows. How do I resolve? Thank You

Just a baby, here, trying to figure out how to recognize trouble:

My Security and Maintenance Dialog Box has grayed out (and made inaccesible) Security boxes for Windows Update, Spyware and Unwanted Software Protection, Microsoft Account, Windows Activation; and for Maintenance Messages has grayed out Device Software and
Startup App]s. The grayed out boxes are checked, but should they be inaccessible? [and are only faking being on?]

Office 2013 error

I tried all of these examples and it did not fix it?----
Based on my research, this error might occur when Excel (or Word) can not locate system's Temporary folder and can be fixed by doing the following:

• Open Start > Run > regedit
• Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders and modify the key Cache with a valid path (ie: C:\Windows\Temp ).

BTW, if you are opening these documents from intranet or trusted sites, also check the Internet Options > Security, uncheck the Enable Protected Mode option under Local intranet and Trusted sites if they are checked.

On post # 2 It only happens on an email attachments with Office Documents, I do not get these errors on documents that I type or create.

I also went to "trusted sites" in options and click on all the boxes and it still does it?
Anyone got any more options?
