    Windows 11 24H2 26100.2894Why is there a discrepancy in the number of files scanned.Just did a Clean install of Windows 11, and after checking for updates and installing them, have a "virgin" system.Went to Windows security and performed a Full Scan. 1st pic is during the scan and it shows 817624 files and the scan has not completed. 2nd pic is after the scan completed and shows 425751 total files scanned. A minute or two later ran the Full Scan again 3rd pic and it ended up with 334820 files scanned.Why is there such a difference in numbers? Especially the 817624 while running and 425751 when

    Please confirm you don't have a list like this:

    If not, suggests deeper problems. To which uninstall option are you referring? (A picture is worth...)

    Yes that's exactly what I have. If you notice there is an uninstall option next to organize if you scroll to other updates ie. office, but it will disappear once you scroll to the latest updates.

    By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

    • Press Windows and type pictures
    • Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this
