I bought a new Laptop a few weeks ago. I'm unable to access my Windows security I get a blank screen, I'm unable to access it. I need to download TPM 2.0 and UEFI secure boot to play Valorant game on windows11

unable to install windows on M.2

Hello
i have m.2 960 evo installed on Gigabyte z270-Ultra Gaming
so i did the AHCI thingy from the bios
and it detect the m.2
but when i try to install windows
it reachs to the page where i should make partition and start installing
it says u unable to install windows on this partition and i should enable m.2 from bios
tried the UEFI and legacy
nothing happend
so what is the solution here

 

TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.
