Windows 10: Windows Security is a blank page in Windows 11

Hitoday i upgrade my windows 10 to windows 11 official release 22000.194, until now i found a bug: Windows Security is just a blank window. i tried resetting windows security with a powershell command but didnt work. any solution ?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
