Windows 10: windows security is missing

after disabling windows security to install an app my bad i've gotten a trojan on my windows 10, the trojan caused some execution of visual basic command line infinitely which caused cpu 100% usage, windows security showed a popup tells me to restart my pc because of a trojan detection, after restarting i found windows security is not there anymore.. is like being deleted, after installing malwarebytes and getting rid of viruses, i reinstalled my windows, but that didn't solve the problem as my windows security is still missing, windows securityHealthService is not in there in the registry

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.
