Windows 10: windows security is so bad

For a whole week now I have been resetting my pc thinking that window security has been correctly installed. Each time however I get a blank screen on windows security and sometimes it says I need a IT administrator, which is such a dumb thing. I've tried every power shell command and reset and repaired window security so much times. In the installed app section of windows 11 windows security does not how and it only shows in the system components tap underneath the installed apps. I don't know if i changed a setting the last time a while back or what. But I need this situation fixed or I am m

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.

Here is a statement from a Kernal Developer at Red Hat:

I'm not sure this exploits the legacy BIOS but rather it exploits the legacy boot method on MBR drives, injecting a signed key before the OS boots, which you are correct in that it has nothing to do with Windows 8. And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.
