Windows 10: windows security is stuck at the loading screen and shots off a few minutes later

Hello the windows security on my pc is stuck at the loading screen and shots off a few minutes later. I don't use any other antivirus softvere than windows security. Im on windows 11, it is a new pc with a 5070ti and an intel core ultra 7

If you want to take a screen shot and save it as picture, I suggest you to check with the below steps.

To take a screen shot and save it as a picture

  Click the window you want to capture. Press Alt+Print Screen by holding down the Alt key and then pressing the Print Screen key. The Print Screen key is near the upper-right corner of your keyboard. (Depending on the type of keyboard you have, the exact
  key names on your keyboard may vary slightly.)
  

Note: You can take a screen shot of your entire desktop rather than just a single window by pressing the Print Screen key without holding down the Alt key.

Stuck at startup loading screen.

So, I tried to install windows 8 on my usb (to make WindowsToGo), it was successfull. I wanted to try out that windows 8 but after i rebooted to my usb it just stuck in loading screen. Secure boot was disabled because it will not allow me to boot from my usb drive. I tried on the next day but it was still stuck at loading screen. I booted in startup options and booted in safe mode, 20 minutes later my pc was stuck at the acer logo (because I have acer pc).

I would appreciate it if someone could help me to solve the problem and be able to start my windows 8!! Thanks!
