Windows 10: Windows Security keeps asking for my pin but keeps popping up without any errors

Hi,On Windows 10,Recently I've started having an issue where Windows Security is blocking Edge and other software. When I type in my pin I get the popup "Something went wrong. Please try again later. 0x800705b4 " then a Windows security popup: Making sure its you. Enter pin.Entering the pin just pops it back up. If I click "Use a method not listed here" then it does nothing and keeps blocking my work.Now every time when some site is asking for a two factor or similar it just jams Edge, so I have to use another browser.

Outlook keeps asking me to verify my pin

Win ver 19045.3324, Office plus 2016, build 2307 16626.20170. For about 2 weeks now, when I go to check mail in outlook, it keeps asking me [every other day] to enter/verify my pin. I typically don't sign out. Suggestions??

Windows Security Google Chrome Pop-Up

I keep getting a pop-up from Windows Security when I'm using Google Chrome and I'm signing into a website. I click on the username/password section and Google suggests my saved passwords. But when I click on it to use it, I get a pop-up from Windows Security asking me to enter my PIN for verification.

For some reason the website won't let me upload my screenshot (15KB) here.

When you set up Microsoft Passport in Windows 10, you may get an error during the Create a work PIN step. This topic lists some of the error codes with recommendations for mitigating the problem. If you get an error code that is not listed here, contact Microsoft Support.

Error mitigations

When a user encounters an error when creating the work PIN, advise the user to try the following steps. Many errors can be mitigated by one of these steps.
1.Try to create the PIN again. Some errors are transient and resolve themselves.
2.Sign out, sign in, and try to create the PIN again.
3.Reboot the device and then try to create the PIN again.
4.Unjoin the device from Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), rejoin, and then try to create the PIN again. To unjoin a desktop PC, go to Settings > System > About and select Disconnect from organization. To unjoin a device running Windows 10 Mobile, you must reset the device.
5.On mobile devices, if you are unable to setup a PIN after multiple attempts, reset your device and start over. For help on how to reset your phone go to Reset my phone. If the error occurs again, check the error code against the following table to see if there is another mitigation for that error. When no mitigation is listed in the table, contact Microsoft Support for assistance.
