  1. Windows Security keeps detect threatening file that no longer exists

I had a file in my download folder, that had been recognized as a threat by the windows defender. It was part os some modding I was doing. I deleted it, as soon as I was no longer using it, because I have very little disk-space.The Windows Defender keeps detecting this file that no longer exists as a threat. No matter which of the three courses of action I pick, the file immediately gets picked up again.I already tried using the disc cleaner funktion as was recommended by the most similar thread I could find, though there the file in question was an empty file with low threat.

    :)

Windows no longer detects a homegroup on this network

Thanks for your reply, I have tried all this but it did not work. My simple but strange problem is that I do not get any option in homegroup section of control panel other than joining a non existent home group and when I try to do that it gives me an error
which I have mentioned in my initial post "Windows no longer detects a homegroup on this network. To create a new homegroup, click OK, then open HomeGroup in control panel" . But when I do that there is
no option to create a new home group, the only option that I get is to join the existing home group which no longer exists.

I simply want to create a new homegroup but there is no option avialable to do that.

There are no more files and ASUS Data Security Manager

I've been having the same issues trying to save files.

I followed all of the steps but ASUS Data Security Manager keeps reappearing. How do I really get it to delete? I've done the uninstall four times and it just pops back in the list.

how to view exempted files from threat detection in windows security?

I have latest windows security version on windows 11.

I am unable to view the list of files that I have exempted from threat detection in past .

How to bring some of those files again in threat list?
