Windows 10: Windows security not opening, also not showing in search

I recently factory reset my PC twice, the second one was due to a problem with my win button, as well as search not working, thankfully second reset fixed that. HOWEVER now i've got another problem... This time i can't open security menu, which i need to install some of the programs but due to windows security thinking it's dangerous i can not download it. I've tried a lot of commands, even tried using security health setup, which hasn't helped, and NONE of these has worked, after all these times i still have the "your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item

After windows 11 update, search not showing the applications installed in laptop?.

It shows only files and folders not the applications. Tried the below troubleshooting steps but the issue still persist.

Restart searchhost.exe service via task manager



Search setting.

Open Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Searching windows

Turn off -> Respect power settings when indexing

Select -> Enhanced (To search entire PC)



Restart windows search sevice

Index rebuild

Reset PC

After reset PC it is working but in few days again it is not working. Any other suggestions or troubleshooting steps for this issue?

Windows 10 search not indexing Outlook 2013, no search results

Let's diagnose the issue by referring to the following suggestion and check if that helps you.

First of all, I would suggest you to check if the
Windows Search Service is running in Automatic mode under the list of Windows services. You can follow the steps to check and start the
Windows Search again:

• Press Windows+R keys to open Run. Type “servces.msc” without quotes and hit
  Enter.
• From the list of services, locate the Windows Search Support Service
  and Windows Search Service.
• Right click on the Windows Search Service
  and then click on Properties.
• Check if the service is running. If not, start the service and change the
  Startup type to Automatic.
• Follow the same steps to start the Bluetooth service
  and change the startup type to Automatic.

You can also try the following suggestion.

Run the Search and Indexing troubleshooter. Follow the steps mentioned below.

• Press “Windows key + W”.
• Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.
• Select “View all” option from the left panel.
• Select “Search and Indexing”.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
