Windows 10: Windows Security Not Working in windows 11 Memory integrity is off?

image after i click go to setting:-3. if i try to open it from start menu this shows up:-My laptop is top of the line legion with ryzen 7 5000 series one i don't think there should a problem now it's been only a yr do i need to change laptop ?

Windows (11) Security. Memory Integrity is "off". Won't turn on. Shows incompatible "Rapport" drivers. Drivers are up to date.

Any suggestions. MS help says don't uninstall drivers.

Did you restart (not shut down) your PC after deleting those drivers so Windows does not see the drivers loaded?
