Windows 10: Windows Security notification icon does not appear on Taskbar

Windows Security notification icon does not appear on Taskbar. It is also not in the list to select under Settings/Personalization/Taskbar/Other system tray icons. I've also tried configuring it using GPEDIT/Administrative Template/Windows Components/Windows Security/Systray/Hide Windows Security Systray and setting it to Disabled and then reboot the computer. Still no icon!How do i get this to show up?Thanks

A Question About Taskbar Security Notification Icon

Hello. I have the Windows Security Notification Icon enabled in my taskbar. However, I was looking through the Startup Apps menu and it has the Windows Security Notification Icon listed as an option. Why would the icon be considered a startup app? If I have the icon enabled in my taskbar settings then it should appear on startup, right? So why make it an option in the Startup Apps menu? Is that not being redundant? Could someone please explain?

  Type Settings on your search bar
  
• 
  Click on systems
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions
  
• 
  Disable all the notifications on the screen
