Windows 10: Windows security notification icon shows problem but there is none

The Windows Security icon on the taskbar shows an issue, but when I click on it there aren't any issues. Restarting doesn't fix it and all updates are installed. I've tried to reset windows security through settings and command line. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks

Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.

 

Action Center is not showing past notifications

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps:

Steps:

• Press Windows key and type
  Settings.
• Click on Settings, System
  and on Notifications and actions.
• Click on Select which icons appears on the taskbar.
• Turn on Always show all icons in notification area.

  Type notification on the search bar and click on
  notification & action settings.
  
• 
  And click on select which icons appear on the taskbar.

  Turn on show app notification separately for each app.
