Windows 10: windows security password prompt..

I recently noticed that Surface that is running windows 10 1909 and I use pin to log in to which how it always been but recent

I started get security prompts for the pin when I try to view passwords in Firefox or I launch Thunderbird and few other program that has logins, where as it never did that before how do I stop that behavior

User Access Control asks for the standard user password because of the Local Security Policy set on your computer. For us to isolate this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Local Security Policy Editor:
  • Right-click on Start, and then select Control Panel.
  • Select or search Administrative Tools.
  • Now double click on Local Security Policy.
• In the left pane, expand Local Policies. Click on
  Security Options.
• In the right pane of Security Options, double-click on
  
  User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for standard users.
• In your case, you have to select Automatically deny elevation requests.
• Close the Local Security Policy
  Editor.
• Restart your computer to save changes.

• What is the exact error message you get when you enter the password?
• Did you reset the password again?

If you haven't, I suggest you to Reset your password
and check.

While entering the password, I suggest you to enter the password from the On screen keyboard. To do so, follow these steps.

• On the Lock screen, click on the Ease of access button near the Power button.
• Enable the Onscreen keyboard and enter the password.
• Before hitting enter, click on the eye logo to confirm the password and hit
  enter.
