Windows security pop up for passkey stays on and doesn't proceed further

My Windows 11 - Windows security pop up for passkey stays on and doesn't proceed when I select Security Key and click on Next. None of the options work and I couldn't even close it either by clicking on Cancel or by clicking on windows X button. Microsoft support is not helpful as they say it is not microsoft issue.

    :)

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    Thanks again!!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I ran SeaTools. These are the results:

Does it mean my HDD is useless?

Disable "iPhone, iPad, or Android device" option for Passkey Sign-in

Ok, so it is not that you already have that set up and have scanned the QR code using your mobile device, but you've been using security key instead, and now this pop up creates an extra step for you, because you have to click the security key option manually, is that right?

In that case, then no, the website will not be listed in the passkey section. And also there's no way to default the security key over the passkey. I am afraid this is something that will have to go to Feedback hub (Windows +F).
