Windows 10: Windows Security "review files" pop up keeps showing up - Windows 11

Downloaded Clip Studio Paint from the official website, it sent windows defender into a tizzy and now every .5-2 seconds I get an additional pop-up from Windows. No matter what option I pick it doesnt stop sending them. I have tried "Dismiss" and "Send Files" and "Review" as well as all sub options in those buttons. I have tried turning off Windows Defender notifications and it does nothing, Do Not Disturb also does nothing, about to try rebooting for a third time but posting this now in the hopes I get an answer before the next meeting. When I hit clear all I have 20+ notifications again with

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

There are no more files and ASUS Data Security Manager

I've been having the same issues trying to save files.

I followed all of the steps but ASUS Data Security Manager keeps reappearing. How do I really get it to delete? I've done the uninstall four times and it just pops back in the list.

 

Review Files Pop-Up


Every time I turn on the computer I get a Pop-Up telling me to review MS Defender Files they want me to
approve sending to MS.

When I click on the Pop-Up it takes me to a window that has no files showing.


Am I doomed to forever see this Pop-Up ? How can I get rid of it ? I clear the wondow every morning, but
it comes back to life the next day.
