    Windows Security Settings issue

Not sure when this happened, but it looks like Windows Security no longer recognizes that I am using the Norton Internet Security program!

    I am running:

    Windows Security Settings issue a437032c-4bf6-45f7-8eac-909ef94dcc90?upload=true.jpg

Today I noticed that my PC (Device) was being protect by two Security Apps, Windows Security and Norton Internet Security. The last time I checked this Windows would allow concurrant protection from two firewalls!

If I turn off Windows Security Fire Wall protection and go to Settings>Security Providers - it displays Windows Firewall is off and your device may be unprotected.

Windows Security Settings issue e33fb1a7-0825-4fe4-a834-7dcd84281674?upload=true.jpg Windows Defender use to show that the Windows firewall was off, but that the Norton firewall was on.

Secondly Windows wouldn't allow two Firewalls to be turned on at the same time - Windows Defender and Norton Internet Security, But now it does.

Does anyone know when this change was rolled out!

    Thanks

    Ray

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
