Windows 10: Windows Security shows a blank screen on Windows 10

I received a virus which I frantically uninstalled but it demolished my Windows Defender.When I open Windows Security/Defender all it shows is a blank window That says 'Security At a Glance - See what's happening with the security and health of your device and take any actions needed.' I refuse to reinstall windows if just one useless component is missing. I had scanned the infected exe with Defender and it came back negative, after which I proceeded to open.

WINDOWS SECURITY NOT SHOWING/ BLANK WHITE SCREEN.

Hello, I have been having problem with my Windows Security not showing up/ showing blank white screen. I have uninstalled any conflicting third party antivirus and even followed any tutorials online step by step but the problem persists. Got any solution for my problem? Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
