    Windows security update won't install


    There's a security update for windows that's refusing to install. It stays at 0% and then gives me the error 0x80070643 every time. Running the troubleshooter did nothing. Restarting did nothing. Ran the framework repair tool. Nothing. I don't know what to do and my patience is gone.
