    Windows security warns that Local Security Authority is turned off, even though the slider...


    It says a restart may be required - but after the restart, it's still the same...Where do I report this bug, or how do I check what prevents Windows from enabling this feature?Can it have anything to do with an unsigned driver? Maybe the AMD Adrenaline video driver I've just installed disables this setting?
