Windows 10: windows security white screen

Split from this thread. Hi,I tried running the above-mentioned steps. Here are the logs generated.Addition.txtFRST.txtand after running the defender_diag.bat the generated logs are:defender.log.thanks in advance for your help.

WINDOWS SECURITY NOT SHOWING/ BLANK WHITE SCREEN.

Hello, I have been having problem with my Windows Security not showing up/ showing blank white screen. I have uninstalled any conflicting third party antivirus and even followed any tutorials online step by step but the problem persists. Got any solution for my problem? Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated.
