Windows 10: Windows Security won't launch in Windows 11

I've tried a few things based on a previous post but it seems to be locked down, can anyone help? Picture attached.

Windows Security won't launch

Sup people,

For some reason I don't seem to be able to launch Windows Security. The Windows Security icon on the taskbar is constantly showing a warning sign. If I try to launch Windows Security, a new app window would open but it'd just indefinitely show the Windows Security icon. I tried the steps suggested in this post (except for the complete OS reset) and nothing seems to work. For some reason I can't add any screenshots here so I'm hoping what I mean is clear enough.

Running Windows 11 23H2

P.S.: I recently sent in my laptop for repair and when I got it back a new "User" Windows account had already been set up. Thought this might also be relevant somehow.

Get Windows 10 App won´t launch

Hello all,

I hope someone can help me. Finally after a lot of manual updates, my Get Windows 10 app is showing in the taskbar.

However, now when I left click it, right click Get Windows 10, right click Check your Update status, the app launches and immediately closes down again.

The options Go to Windows Update and Get to know Windows 10 do work.

Just the app won´t launch. Anyone ideas?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
