    I just recently had a fresh install of win 10. There is an icon with long description and I realized it's Windows Security. Does anyone have a clue why it displayed in such way instead of "Windows Secuirty" which is supposed to be, thanks.

    Can't remember where I got this from but, here's a shortcut from Windows 8 I had kickin around; it just happens to open the Windows 10 Start Menu Quick List in full labelled mode.

    Windows 10 wrong label/name on Settings icon in Start Menu

    I tried a clean boot and did not help. Where does the icon get it's label/text? That is where we need to fix the issue. Sorry to say this, but the Windows 10 Start Menu is big step backwards. You cannot rename Windows icons or create multi-level folders.
    It should not be this hard and time consuming to fix a simple icon text.
