Windows 10: Windows security

Discus and support Windows security in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I’ve done recent updates but now I cannot open windows security.     I’ve done recent updates but now I cannot open windows security. On pressing it I get my pc down have an app click Microsoft store. Nothing comes up. Windows defender is on there action recommended on virus &threat and device security recommended aswell. Pc was ok until latest update
