Windows 10: Windows Securtiy login prompts only on schools wifi, and will not let me connect.

Wifi works for other networks, (home wifi, Starbucks, panera, iPhone hotspot) but when I try to connect to schools wifi, the Windows security login prompts, but when I enter my username and password, it still says unable to connect. I even changed my password just in case that was the issue. I don't know what else to do.

Cannot Login to Wifi At School

When I had 8.1, Windows prompted me to enter my login and password information when I attempted to access my school's secure WiFi. Now with 10, it just attempts to connect and tells me I cannot connect with no prompt. Is there a backdoor to update my login
information I have not found or is my wifi connection just bugging, help me save on my data bill please? I only have this issue on this computer no others. Let me know what to do thanks!

I can see wifi networks when I switch on the wifi button.

Below the name of the school wifi， it says “secured”. Then tap to connect, so I input the login and password, it still said, I cannot connect to the school wifi network.

Information Centre says they either donot know what to do to solve this problem.
