Windows 10: Windows seems to restart itself randomly?

So I had this issue before and I was told it was to do with my GPU driver. I did a fresh install and made sure I did my GPU update after all my other windows updates. It still seems to be doing the same thing though, maybe every half an hour or an hour it will just shut off and reboot. Unless I'm actively using it such as gaming or a stream is on, it has restarted before while doing these things but it's very rare. I have my performance set up to not idle or shut down, including the options in advance. I'm starting to wonder if it may be a power supply issue? I will include screenshots of my m

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?
