Your 'My Computer' doesn't list any third party antivirus, is that correct?

You mentioned that is doesn't appear to be connected to other apps. Have you observed the fault happening in Outlook with nothing else running, no apps or browsers?

 

Outlook not sending/recieving...

I tried what you suggested. Deleted the exchange account, rebooted phone, reinstalled exchange account, rebooted again and.... the same thing is happening, i click send/recieve, it syncronizes and then goes to 'waiting for network'...

 

5530 stpped sending or recieving texts

As title, my son's 5530 has stopped recieving or sending texts. Outgoing texts sit in the outbox.



I've rest the phone, upgraded to latest software, checked the message centre number, the sim card sends and recieves ok in another phone.



Any other suggestions?
