    Windows server 2012 R2 to 2016 in place migration issue, it stuck at 20 %.


    When I was performing the Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2016 in-place upgrade, after 83 % system restarted, then showed "Working on updates" and then it stuck at 20 %. It's been more than 15 hours. When I restart the VM it's getting restored to 2012 R2.
