Windows 10: windows server 2016 and 2019 Storage Spaces Tier with refs and ntfs

When i use Windows Server 2016, ntfs write data will be written directly to the ssd layer, but in Windows Server 2019 and 2022, ntfs will write data directly to the hdd layer, resulting in very poor parity performance, how should I set up ntfs data to write directly to the ssd layer? And in refs volumes, how do I pin files into the ssd layer, set-FileStorageTier is not available under the refs file system.

ReFS memory leak with Storage Spaces

I have a Storage Space with 6 10 TB drives. The array is formatted ReFS (4KB clusters). When copying large files to the drive (30 to 40 GB each), available RAM will slowly decrease (system has 16 GB) until the system becomes unresponsive and crashes.
This did not happen when the Storage Space was formatted with NTFS. I opened a case (1400731631) but they said they were unable to do anything. Is there a fix for this? This page seems to no longer apply:

ReFS on server 2016 using large amounts of disk space.

Trying to find an explanation of high disk usage that possibly were created because we are using ReFS, and a way to clean them up if possible.

Have a drive on Windows Server 2016 and it is formatted with ReFS and using 64K blocks. The amount of disk for the files is about 5TB when looking at size on disk, but the properties of the drive show 7.5TB. Under settings>storage when I click on the drive
it shows 2.5TB of system files. There is nothing installed on this drive, it is just for storing files, there are about 33,000,000 small files on it.

I have done the following:

• Show hidden files
• Show protected files
• Gave myself permissions to all files
• Ensured there are no shadow copies, both from command prompt and GUI
• Ensured protection is turned off

I saw one article that says the space being used is from ReFS, but does not explain what it is, or if there is a way to clean it up. Article also suggests that using ReFS for many small files is not a good idea. We were asked by the vendor of an application
to use ReFS.

I read this information ( at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/refs/refs-overview), dated 18 Dec 2017, that indicated that the integration of ReFS in WIN 10 Pro Storage Spaces would remain; but I see now that this only applies to Windows
Server editions.

I will certainly provide my feedback as you suggest. It seems my options are to stick with NTFS in WIN 10 Pro, or spend $215 AUD to upgrade to WIN 10 Pro for Workstations; it seems hardly worth it just to get ReFS.
