Windows 10: Windows Server 2019 OS - Event id 153 appearing multiple times

We have a server having Windows Server 2019 operating system. From last 3-4 weeks we are getting server hang issues and the system freezes. The system become unresponsive for some time between 5 min to 20 min of duration. When we checked the windows event logs, we have observed that the event id 153 is logged multiple times around the same time when we faced the hang and system freeze issues. This is logged as a warning with message as "The IO operation at logical block address 0x34483f68 for Disk 1 PDO name: \Device\MPIODisk0 was retried.". We have also checked other servers having same o

Shutdown event tracker - Windows Server 2019 Version 1809 OS Build 17763.437

Anyone have any insight as to how to cure this?

Shutdown event tracker does not reset even after entering a Problem ID and a Comment. This normally clears the problem but not this time. I can disable it, reboot and it does not appear. Once it is enabled again, Shutdown event tracker is back. I disabled
it using Group Policy. This is a Domain Controller. I've seen different issues with other Domain Controllers but not this. I'm not sure if this occurs in other Windows Server 2019 builds as I have not had the Shutdown event tracker pop up previous to this
server.
