Windows 10: Windows Server 2019 users/groups

hi,i have local user on server. app_userI'd like to run app using this user but windows ask me about administrator permission. I'd like allow local user to run this app but I don't want to give him administrator permission. How can i manage this?thanks in advance for help.

How to list delegation settings for "Group Policy Objects" (Server 2019, PowerShell)

Hello,

I am using Windows Server 2019. Apologies if this is the wrong forum.

Using Powershell, I want to list the users/groups which can be found here:

Group Policy Management Console > Group Policy Objects > Delegation

Here is a screenshot:





I can list the delegations for individual GPOs using this command: Get-GPPermission -Name "Policy Name" -All

However, I cannot find a command to list the settings for the "Group Policy Objects" tab.

 

Managing Server 2019 clustering

SQL Server 2019 Always-on implemented on 2 Nodes on Windows Server 2022 and when i perform manual failover to the second node I got this warning "the current wsfc cluster quorum vote configuration is not recommended for this availability group", and the Always-on availability group is healthy and no problem with it.

i tried the following without no luck

1. Update Windows Server 2022 to latest update
   
2. reconfigure WSFC quorum to use Defualt configuration
   
3. reconfigure WSFC quorum to use Witness fileShare.
