Windows 10: Windows Server 2022 - IIS - incomming request - can't find in any log entries

Dear community,On our Windows Server 2022 we have IIS installed and we are running a WCF service which service is waiting for SOAP requests from an external SAP system. The issue is that the external SAP system tries to communicate with this service and it gets back this error code:"message": "Backside header 'N/A' failed to parse due to: Failed to process response headers, URL: https://HOST:8443/CONTROLCYCLEORDERNOTIFICATION/Service"If we look into the IIS logs on the server then we don't find any log entires for thi

which does not explicitly say that it is applicable in windows server 2022. any ideas?

Adding PHP to Windows Server 2022 IIS 10

Is there a technical reference or known good file to allow PHP to run on Windows Server 2022 IIS 10 ?

I had no issues years ago with the Windows 2012 R2. I understand that Microsoft may have pulled support for PHP, but is there any other way to get this software to allow PHP to work ?

IIS 10 does not recognize FastCGI, and that is where I am stuck.

I see older Operating System how-to's, but they don't seem to work with IIS 10.
