Windows 10: Windows Server 2022 License Manager not reacheavble

StartFragmentI have a network with two Windows Server 2022 machines: one is an application server and the other is a domain controller that also hosts the Remote Desktop Licensing service. The application server is unable to obtain RDS CALs from the license server. Domain policies are correctly set to specify the license server address and licensing mode per user. However, the event logs on the application server indicate that the license server is not available on the network. I've verified that the required ports are open, the licenses are properly installed, and there are no visible error
